My name is Lorn Randall; I am a food and travel writer and I believe in finding, making, eating and writing about people, places and great food.
I was born in San Francisco, lived most of my life in the SF Bay Area, and now reside just outside of Sacramento. Growing up and living in these regions has afforded me access to a melting pot of cuisines and ingredients. When I’m home, I frequent markets of every ethnicity looking for new and exciting flavors. When I travel, I’m looking for regional cuisine prepared locally.
The combination of travel, geography and a passion for being in the kitchen is my perfect storm. Travel, eat, cook, repeat; It’s a tough undertaking but I was available.
